About the Role

The Lead Installer is responsible for installing custom frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures while maintaining Elevation Glass & Closet’s standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to load, transport, and handle glass

  • Prepare job sites and installation materials

  • Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas organized

  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

  • Follow company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of custom shower glass installation experience

  • Experience with frameless shower enclosures

  • Ability to measure, lay out, drill, level, and install accurately

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Professional communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead an installation team
